Girl raped by step brothers for three years in Lucknow

A teenaged girl was allegedly raped by her three step brothers for over three years in Patel Nagar area of Lucknow, police said today.

The teenaged girl, a student of B.Com, registered a complaint at Ghazipur police station on Tuesday accusing her brothers Shashi Shekhar, Himanshu and Shashank of raping her for the past three years, police said.

The girl was adopted by Dr Chandrashekhar Patel, who already had three sons. Since then she has been living with the Patel family.

Police is probing the matter.
