The opposition members demanded an immediate debate on the Noida police firing on the farmers seeking suspension of the business of the House.

While Chief Minister Mayawati wanted to address the House, the opposition members trooped into the well following which the speaker Sukdev Rajbhar adjourned the Question Hour.

In the Legislative Council, the opposition also raised the similar issue, leading to adjournment of the House for an hour.
