One person has been killed and another injured when rival groups clashed in Gosaiganj area in the district.

One person was killed and another injured when rival groups clashed in Gosaiganj area in the district on Saturday, police said.

A land dispute was stated be the reason behind the clash, they said adding that three persons were arrested in this connection.

Security personnel had been deployed in strength to maintain order in the area, they added.
