The three-member committee, appointed by the University of Mumbai to investigate the leak of the International Finance paper on Wednesday, has been inspecting returned question paper bundles over the weekend. The university had replaced the original paper set at all 58 centres before the exam began at 3pm and had asked the centres to return the original bundles, which they had been instructed not to open. Tampered bundles would help identify possible offenders.

"By Monday evening, we will be able to confirm which colleges the committee will be visiting," said a university source.

The committee is headed by ST Gadade, CKT College principal, and comprises former exam controller Prakash Wani and National College principal Dinesh Panjwani.
