MNS supports Sena in kalyan corporation

The indirect support of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) corporators once again helped the Shiv Sena get its chairman in the standing committee of the Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation.

Four members of the MNS abstained from voting, which directly helped Sena candidate Mallesh Shetty.

Speculation was rife that after the Nashik chapter, the MNS would withdraw its support in Kalyan, Ambernath and Badlapur, where the Sena enjoys power with its support.

But, the party corporators did not do so.
