"Action should be taken against Kalmadi else such things would be encouraged," Raj told reporters in Mumbai.

Earlier, his uncle and Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray lashed at Kalmadi alleging that he had ruined the Games.

He was speaking to media after felicitating Tejaswini Sawant.

Raj congratulated Tejaswini for becoming the first Indian woman shooter to clinch a gold medal at the World Championships in Munich, Germany and wished her success for future games.
