Legendary sitar maestro Pt Ravi Shankar, 92, and his daughter Anoushka Shankar, 31, will compete against each other at the 55th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on February 10.
The two have been nominated in the Best World Music Album category for their albums, The Living Room Sessions Part-1, and Traveller respectively.
The veteran sitarist, who has not been keeping well, is currently in the US for surgery.
