But that’s precisely what happened at The South Asian Bands Festival organised by Seher, Indian Council for Cultural Relations and the Ministry of External Affairs in association with HT City that concluded over the weekend. Giving Pakistan’s Strings, Afgha-nistan’s Kabul Dreams, Sri Lanka’s Paranoid Earthling, Bhutan’s Who’s Your Daddy, Nepal’s 1974 AD, Myanmar’s Emperor, Maldives’ Fa’Thu & the Early Birds and Bangla-desh’s Nagarbaul & James company were their Indian counterparts The Raghu Dixit Project, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, Avial, Afflatus, Faridkot, and Half Step Down.
