NEW DELHI: Controversial legislator Engineer Rashid on Wednesday said the army has reportedly shot videos in Nougam and Leepa sectors of his constituency which could be used as footage to prove the ‘surgical strike’. Rashid, an MLA from Langate, said he suspects the video would be presented as a proof of strike.
