NEW DELHI: New ambassador-designate of China Luo Zhaohui presented credentials to President Pranab Mukherjee in a function at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Wednesday, in which envoys of three other countries also presented their credentials. A statement from the press secretary to the President, said, “Envoys of Qatar, China, Romania and Mauritania presented their credentials to the President... at a ceremony held in Rashtrapati Bhavan.”
