PANAJI: AAP in Goa released its third list of four candidates for the upcoming Goa Legislative Assembly polls on Tuesday. The state has 40 assembly constituencies. The party has fielded former Inspector General (Prison) Elvis Gomes, who had recently taken voluntary retirement. After the third list, AAP has declared 15 candidates for the Goa polls.
