NEW DELHI: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday told the Delhi high court that it will not arrest Himachal Pradesh chief minister Virbhadra Singh’s wife Pratibha when she joins the ongoing probe in a money laundering case. Justice Vipin Sanghi was told by ED that Pratibha will be questioned on August 9. After recording her statement, if the ED is satisfied that a case is made out against her the court will be informed before arresting her.
