Vijender Singh is set to defend his WBO Oriental and Asia Pacific Super middleweight titles against Ghana’s Ernest Amuzu on December 23, 2017 at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. The 32-year-old Haryana boxer, who is currently 9th in the WBO rankings, will fight in the mega show called ‘Rajasthan Rumble’. Vijender Singh defeated China’s No.1 boxer Zulpikar Maimaitiali during his last fight in Mumbai to claim the WBO Oriental Super Middleweight title and successfully defended his WBO Asia Pacific title. Live streaming of the Vijender Singh vs Ernest Amuzu will be available online from 7 PM IST.

‘Rajasthan Rumble’ will also feature Commonwealth Games bronze medallist Amandeep Singh who will take on Manoj Kumar from Punjab while two-time Asian Boxing champion, Kuldeep Singh will face Amrinder Singh from Haryana. ‘Rajasthan Rumble’ will also see participation from other young talented boxers like Pardeep Kharera, Kuldeep Dhanda, Dharmendra Grewal and Asad Asif Khan.

The 34 year old Ernest Amuzu is looking at winning 26th pro fight of his career against Vijender Singh. Amuzu holds a record of 23 wins with 21 knockouts and 2 loss out of total 25 fights he has fought so far in his career. This is his first fight in Asia.
