Chowrasia, the two-time Asian Tour winner, signed off his Swiss campaign with a four-day total of three-under-par 280 at the Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club. Randhawa shot a fine three-under 68 to finish alongside Chowrasia on 280.

Richie Ramsay cruised to victory after carding six birdies in a bogey free third round. Ramsay secured his second European Tour title in convincing fashion courtesy of a 66 that lifted him to 16 under.

"I'm happy with my result this week. I've been strugglin g lately and this performance has come at the right time," said Chowrasia, who missed the cuts in three of his five starts on the Asian Tour before this weeks event.

"It was good. The way I've been playing just shows that I getting back into form which is important with big events coming up on the Asian Tour," he added.

Chowrasia had to battle the testing weather conditions over the opening two rounds and he only managed to make it to the weekend rounds right on the cutline.

"I'm very pleased with how I've played as I've not play much golf over the last two months and coming here, finishing three-under for the week, I take that anytime," said Randhawa.

Marcus Fraser, Fredrik Andersson Hed, Romain Wattel and Danny Willett were second.
