Golf club brawl: Milkha Singh named in FIR
Legendary athlete, Milkha Singh, has been named in an FIR lodged by Lt Col Vijay Singh Sandhu (retd) following a brawl that took place between two groups of golfers at the Chandigarh Golf Club on Saturday.

Legendary athlete, Milkha Singh, has been named in an FIR lodged by Lt Col Vijay Singh Sandhu (retd) following a brawl that took place between two groups of golfers at the Chandigarh Golf Club on Saturday.
Though Milkha was not involved directly in the assault, Sandhu has charged him as a conspirator.
Ugly scenes were witnessed at the club on Saturday when Congress MLA, Randeep Singh Nabha, Milkha Singh, former Punjab chief secretary, RS Mann, and SS Laihal were playing in a group and allegedly entered into a confrontation with another group comprising Lt Col Sandhu, Harmanjit Sethi and Ajay Kanwar.
