The $300,000 (R1.48 crore) event, tri-sanctioned by the Ladies European Tour (LET), Ladies Asian Golf Tour (LAGT) and Women's Golf Association of India (WGAI) will see 108 players teeing off from December 9-11.
Defending champion Laura Davies of England, two-time former champion Phatlum Pornanong of Thailand, four-time LET money list champion Sophie Gustafson of Sweden have already confirmed their participation. The Indian challenge will be led by Simi Mehra and Sharmila Nicollet. For the winner, a two-year exemption on the LET is up for grabs.
There will be two noticeable changes in this edition. The field has been shortened to 108 from 123 and the size of the course has been reduced by 115 yards.
