After considering the view points of workers, the party decided to contest the Assembly elections on its own strength, giving preference to youth and women in ticket distribution, NCP General Secretary Tariq Anwar told reporters here.
Referring to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's 'Vishwash Yatra' from the last week of this month to gauge the mood of voters and review development schemes, Anwar said he was wasting people's money by embarking on various 'Yatras'.
He alleged that Kumar had divided the Dalits for petty political gain by creating a Mahadalit commission.
