Photos: Heavy rain throws Delhi into disarray
Around three hours of heavy rain in the morning on July 22 threw Delhi into a state of chaos. Prolonged traffic snarls reported throughout the day were made worse by cave-ins and waterlogging on major roads, leading to diversions across Delhi. The downpour left several residential areas flooded, just days after the city witnessed severe waterlogging following the first spell of heavy rain on July 19.
