Photos: At least 11 killed, hundreds ill after gas leak at Vizag factory
At least eleven people lost their lives in a chemical gas leak at the LG Polymers factory in RR Venkatapuram village in Visakhapatnam on Thursday. Thousands of people have been evacuated from the area around the chemical plant after the incident which occurred in the early hours of the day. Those rushed to the hospitals reported sickness due to inhalation of styrene gas and hundreds remain in treatment.
