Photos: Maharashtra’s Covid-19 tally crosses 1 million

A little over six months since it detected its first coronavirus case, Maharashtra on September 11, became the first and only state in the world to report more than a million cases of Covid-19. If Maharashtra was a nation, it would be on the fifth spot in the world in terms of total cases. Maharshtra’s Covid-19 tally currently stands at 1,037,765 cases with 29,115 deaths.
