Anxiety is the constant feeling of fear and uneasiness. The state of being overwhelmed and anxious can make us feel sick. However, managing anxiety is a journey in itself and slow progress is also progress. "An important part of the journey is noticing your progress. It’s normal to want more, or to want to do better, but that should not take away from all the steps forward you’ve taken.
