High functioning anxiety is a condition when a person behaves to be extremely busy and successful, but deep down, they feel drained and frustrated, and stressed. Symptoms of high functioning anxiety include restlessness, difficulty in concentrating and sleep problems. Sometimes, by smallest of things, high functioning anxiety can get triggered.
