Interdependence is the blissful spot in a relationship where we can be completely ourselves and we are valued for the same. It is the space for the individuals involved in the relationship to grow, love and be happy in their own identity. However, it takes a lot of work and communication to reach that level of emotional maturity and security in order to offer the space of interdependence to the partner. Psychotherapist Emily H Sanders addressed interdependency in one of her recent Instagram posts and wrote, " On either side is dependency and hyper-independence. Interdependence is the sweet spot where we love and can be loved."(Unsplash) expand-icon View Photos in a new improved layout
