Interdependence is the blissful spot in a relationship where we can be completely ourselves and we are valued for the same. It is the space for the individuals involved in the relationship to grow, love and be happy in their own identity. Psychotherapist Emily H Sanders addressed interdependency in one of her recent Instagram posts and wrote, " On either side is dependency and hyper-independence.
