Ashadha Ekadashi or Devashayani Ekadashi, a festival dedicated to Lord Vishnu, is being observed across the country today, June 29. Devouts believe that Lord Vishnu goes to rest for four months, known as 'chaturmaas', on this day and nothing auspicious is done during the period.  (PTI)
