In pics: Rain lashes parts of Delhi-NCR, waterlogging brings vehicles to a standstill

Incessant rain in several parts of Delhi-NCR on Tuesday led to flooding of several key roads. Autos, cars, two-wheelers and buses were partially submerged at Delhi's Pragati Maidan and Mathura road, thus leading to slow-moving traffic.
