Photos: Parents on the migrant caravan lug hope; children their toys

Thousands of Central American migrants have been inching towards the US-Mexico border for months now. While US president Trump views the caravan as a threat, most comprising it are fleeing corruption, failing economies and rampant crime-fuelled violence back home. Women and children, often the worst affected among humanitarian tragedies are a large part of the caravan. While the adults are moving fuelled by the prospects of economic stability, carrying the sum of their lives or picking tidbits along the way, the children in tow, most unaware of the reasons for their march are clinging on to their most prized possessions –toys.
