HSC board assist 546 students having exam phobia
The HSC board over the past few years has been releasing a helpline number for students to assists them with their queries and help them in tackling the exam pressure.
The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) board has helped as many as 546 students to tackle their exam phobia during the period of examinations by responding to calls received on a helpline number.
The HSC board over the past few years has been releasing a helpline number for students to assists them with their queries and help them in tackling the exam pressure.
Some of the stranger questions asked by students are, whether qualifying for the exams by giving a financial bribe is possible?; or will students be able to use a calculator in the exams?
Shakuntala Kale, HSC board chairperson said, “Succumbing to the exam pressure many students call us with questions that confuse even us. However, the pressure of exams is such that we have to help these students solve their issues.”
She further added, “Parents should help their children by understanding their problems rather than putting additional pressure on them.”
