MHADA announces lottery for 3,139 low-cost houses in Pune on June 30

Applications for the same can be submitted online from May 20 to June 19, along with the earnest money deposit (EMD).

The Maharashtra housing and area development authority (MHADA) has announced lottery for 3139 low-cost apartments and plots in Pune and other cities, including Kolhapur and Satara. As much as 90 per cent of the houses are located in Pune and range between 9 lakh and 46 lakh. Applications for the same can be submitted online from May 20 to June 19, along with the earnest money deposit (EMD). The lottery for the low-cost houses will be held on June 30 in Pune.

“We have constructed affordable houses of various sizes for the buyers,” says Hemant Patil, public relations officer, MHADA.
