125 prisoners to be released from Gurdaspur jail
As many as 125 jail inmates were ordered to be released after various criminal cases against them were settled at a special lok adalat held in Gurdaspur Central Jail today.

As many as 125 jail inmates were ordered to be released after various criminal cases against them were settled at a special lok adalat held in Gurdaspur Central Jail today.
Addressing the lok adalat, District Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman of Gurdaspur District Legal Services Authority K K Garg said that due to economic backwardness, some people took to unlawful activities and crime.
