The order came as a relief for Parvesh, a resident of colony number 5. He was booked in May 2012 on the complaint of mother of the victim who alleged that Parvesh had kidnapped her daughter after alluring her to marry.

Police had arrested Parvesh in October 2012 and rescued the victim from him.
But the victim failed to appear before the court and thus the accused was acquitted giving him benefit of doubt.
