3 dera followers killed in accident at Sirsa
Three Dera Sacha Sauda followers from Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal’s home constituency Lambi died in a road accident near Sirsa district of Haryana on Friday. All were on the way to watch the premiere show of dera head Gurmeet Ram Rahim’s movie ‘MSG: Messenger of God’ at Gurgaon, which was later postponed.
Three Dera Sacha Sauda followers from Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal’s home constituency Lambi died in a road accident near Sirsa district of Haryana on Friday. All were on the way to watch the premiere show of dera head Gurmeet Ram Rahim’s movie ‘MSG: Messenger of God’ at Gurgaon, which was later postponed.
Then deceased have been identified as Resham Singh of Badal village, Pardeep of Kheowali and Manpreet of Mahuana villages in the Lambi constituency.
Reports said a Tavera car was hired by 13 dera followers from different villages of Lambi in a hurry after getting the news that the Censor Board had cleared the picture.
However, the car smashed into a truck coming from the opposite direction, reportedly due to fog, near Bhavdin village of Sirsa district.
