Satish Kumar, SHO of the Pojewal police station, said all four were produced in the local courts and were sent to judicial custody. He said the remaining three accused would also be nabbed soon.
Sarpanch Chaman Lal of Shushewal village had committed suicide on June 4 after the panchayat meeting, where he was allegedly humiliated and threatened by SAD activists and supporters.
The police had recovered a suicide note purportedly written by him in which he named nine persons, including Balachaur MLA's close aide Harbans Lal.
