Birth anniversary of Zail Singh to be observed on Sunday
The 97th birth anniversary of former President Giani Zail Singh will be observed at Dhodha Chowk, Kotkapura, on Sunday. Zail Singh belonged to Sandhwan village in Faridkot district and started his political career from Faridkot, a princely estate then, by participating in the freedom struggle.

Kultar Singh Sandhwan, grandson of the former President, in a press release, said people would pay rich tributes to their leader.
