British teenager charged for racial comment
A teenager in Britain was charged for allegedly posting a racially offensive comment on social media site Facebook about the death of an Indian-origin toddler in Scotland. Warren Butler, 19, of Cumbria in North West England bordering Scotland, has been charged with improper use of a communications network in connection with the death of Mikaeel Kular, the Mirror reported.

A teenager in Britain was charged for allegedly posting a racially offensive comment on social media site Facebook about the death of an Indian-origin toddler in Scotland.
Warren Butler, 19, of Cumbria in North West England bordering Scotland, has been charged with improper use of a communications network in connection with the death of Mikaeel Kular, the Mirror reported.
Butler has been bailed to attend the Aldershot Magistrates' Court Feb 13.
Three-year-old Mikaeel had gone missing from his home after his mother, Rosdeep, apparently put him to bed in their flat in Scotland's capital Edinburgh at 9 pm Jan 15.
Mikaeel's body was found in the Fife area two days later, 30 miles from Edinburgh.
Rosdeep has been charged with the murder of her son.
