Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Saturday said a CM window would be set up at every district headquarters to redress grievances of people so that they do not have to visit Chandigarh for the same.

Khattar, who was addressing officials of the district administration in Faridabad, exhorted officials to be punctual and reach offices on time. He emphasised the need to redress grievances of people in a time-bound manner and said it is the foremost duty of public servants to provide timely services to people.

The chief minister said the officers would have to work for people with a spirit of service to society and the administration would have to maintain transparency in its functioning.
