Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh, on Friday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Mashal University of Afghanistan that aimed at educational exchange programme. According to the authorities at Desh Bhagat University, the MoU will provide opportunities to students and faculty.

According to the authorities at Desh Bhagat University, the MoU will provide opportunities to students and faculty members of the two universities to interact with each other on important national and international social, cultural, economic and educational issues.

For Mashal University, the MoU was signed by vice-chancellor GS Mohammadi, who had visited here as head of an Afghan delegation. Speaking on the occasion, Mohammadi said the MoU between the two universities would strengthen the relations between the countries, and students of both sides would get a chance to learn in international academia.
