Haryana lokayukta justice Pritam Pal (retd) on Wednesday heard the case pertaining to the compact disc (CD) allegedly showing Congress MLA Naresh Selwal and three other Congress leaders seeking money in lieu of change of land use (CLU) or other permissions, on the complaint of Kalka INLD MLA Pradeep Choudhry.

Choudhry's counsel Naresh Singh Sekhawat placed his complaint before the lokayukta subsequent to which the justice Pal appointed his registrar as the inquiry officer in the allegation against Selwal.
The next hearing would be held on February 28 on the day when he would also hear complaints with similar allegations, against health minister Rao Narender Singh, chief parliamentary secretary Vinod Bhyana and Congress MLAs Ram Niwas Ghorela, and Jarnail Singh.
The Lokayukta has reserved his order in the cases against Congress MLA Sampat Singh's son Gaurav Sampat Singh, CPS Jaleb Khan's son Sajid Khan and another Congress leader Sanjay Chokkar.
