Hamirpur: Army enlists over 600 men at mass recruitment rally

As many as 614 youths from Una, Hamirpur and Bilaspur districts who had been selected earlier were on Thursday recruited to the Indian Army at a mass recruitment rally held on the grounds of the local government polytechnic.

While giving rahdari permits to the new recruits, deputy commissioner Rohan Chand Thakur said only fortunate persons joined the army and exhorted them to perform their best in their training. Senior officers of the local recruitment office were also present on this occasion.
