Haryana: Man held for raping 5-year-old daughter
A Jogiwara resident was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly raping his minor daughter. The victim's mother reportedly discovered her husband raping the child on Tuesday night and informed the police. Officials said that the father was booked after the medical examination of the child.

A Jogiwara resident was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly raping his minor daughter. The victim's mother reportedly discovered her husband raping the child on Tuesday night and informed the police. Officials said that the father was booked after the medical examination of the child.
On a complaint from the victim's mother, police have booked Deepak under Sections 376 (rape), 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC and under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
The accused was produced in court and has been sent to 14-day judicial custody.
