India's new high commissioner crosses over to Pak

Crossing over to Pakistan, India’s new high commissioner to Islamabad TCA Raghvan said that in the last some years the scope of betterment of Indo-Pak relations has arrived.

Crossing over to Pakistan, India’s new High Commissioner to Islamabad TCA Raghvan said that in the last some years the scope of betterment of Indo-Pak relations has arrived.

Talking to mediapersons before leaving for Pakistan, Raghavan said that it would be his endeavour to take bilateral relations between the two countries forward during his posting. He also mentioned that there are several obstacles that come to pause the bilateral relations and his effort will be to forward for improvement in ties.

On a question, the new high commissioner said, “The change in environment in Pakistan is important and there is bright chance for both the nations to gain profit out of a strong bond.”Both the countries need to make further efforts so that the governments and citizens could build strong relationship, he added.

The officer in the past had also served in Islamabad as the Deputy High Commissioner.
