KU conducts UGC NET
Kurukshetra University conducted the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) at 36 centres in different department of the university and schools and colleges in the city on Sunday.

Kurukshetra University conducted the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) at 36 centres in different department of the university and schools and colleges in the city on Sunday.
As many as 9,117 candidates out of the total 11,325 who had applied appeared in the examination. A KU spokesperson said 36 centre superintendents, 550 invigilators and 200 other service staff were put on duty. Besides eight observers appointed by the UGC, the university also engaged its senior deans and professors as observers.
