Three days on, the Patiala police is yet to nab the killers of 40-year-old school director Manoj Kajla, who was killed at Nabha-Patiala road near Rakhra village in broad light on March 1.
Three days on, the Patiala police is yet to nab the killers of 40-year-old school director Manoj Kajla, who was killed at Nabha-Patiala road near Rakhra village in broad light on March 1.
Kajla, who is the director of Golden Era Public School, was going from Patiala to Nabha in the morning when the killers stopped his car near Rakhra village and fired two rounds at him from close range.
The police have registered a case of murder against three of his former partners Sarabjeet Singh, Jagjit Singh and Baljinder Singh, on the statement of Kajla's family members.
The family members had claimed that the three accused were threatening Kalja for the past few days.
Meanwhile, police officials have been searching various locations and collecting evidence from the neighboring districts.
As per police officials of Passiana police station, all three accused have been missing from their homes since the day of crime. Police have been investigating and trying to locate their locations.
Superintendent of police (detective) Jaskarnajit Singh Teja said that police have collected all details from the phone calls and CCTV footage located Toll plaza near Rakhra village. He said that police have almost near to nab all three accused and teams have been made for search operations.
