Besides having rooms for official accommodation, the building has a special healthcare facility, a bank and canteen. The latest technology in architecture has been used for constructing the complex, he said.

"Double glass structures have been fitted around this building, which prohibits the transmission of heat and cold up to 73%.

Every room of this building has been exposed to natural light, which in turn would minimise the power consumption. Three conference rooms have been built in this building complex, the bigger one was having the sitting capacity of 110 persons whereas two smaller conference halls have the capacity of 42 persons each," said the official.
