Parkash Badal down with viral infection; advised rest
Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal has developed viral infection following which he cancelled all his engagements, officials said in Chandigarh on Tuesday.

Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal has developed viral infection following which he cancelled all his engagements, officials said in Chandigarh on Tuesday.
The five-time chief minister is “progressing well” and is expected to be back to normal health in 3 to 4 days, they said.
Doctors attending 89-year-old Badal said he has been advised rest.
His official programmes and engagements have been postponed, officials added.
