SC Choudhary is new Haryana chief secy
SC Choudhary, a 1977-batch IAS officer who was the additional chief secretary, home, was appointed as the new chief secretary of Haryana on Monday. He will take charge from PK Chaudhery, who retires on Tuesday.

SC Choudhary, a 1977-batch IAS officer who was the additional chief secretary, home, was appointed as the new chief secretary of Haryana on Monday. He will take charge from PK Chaudhery, who retires on Tuesday.
The new chief secretary would hold the charge of general administration, personnel, training, vigilance, parliamentary affairs and administrative reforms and would be secretary in charge of plan coordination, an official release said on Monday.
Chaudhary, the seniormost IAS officer in the state, retires in April 2014.
