Sikh radical blasts Congress over new Punjab in-charge

He also accused certain Sikh leaders of leaning towards “parties whose hands were soaked with innocent blood”. Commenting on the statement from chief minister Parkash Singh Badal that the Congress had inflicted new insult to old injury, he said Badal’s Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) was no different from the Congress, as both had “accepted the killers of Sikhs into their fold”. “Why did you accommodate those police officers who had violated human rights?” he asked Badal.
