A few months after this marriage, Kashmir Singh; his two brothers, Kuldeep Singh and Amrik Singh; and father, Gulzar Singh, allegedly started raping the child. She reported it to Kashmir’s mother but she snubbed her.
Tuesday afternoon, she fled the house and lodged a complaint with the police. The accused are on the run.
