As the gathering at the rally in Pandori Warraich village was thrilled to see the actor, Shetty grabbed a mike and said, “I am not a politician but have come here with a purpose.

Arun Jaitley is a man with vision and can not only help the country grow but will also bring prosperity to the Amritsar constituency."

Batting for Jaitley as well as BJP’s prime ministerial nominee Narendra Modi, he said, “Jaitley is like my brother and I have come here to support him.

Today the country wants change and this is the reason why a majority of the people are looking up to Modi”.

The actor was soon surrounded by several fans and everybody wanted to get closer to him.
