Three including Dhuri MC die in road accident
Local municipal councillor (MC) from ward number 18, Rajdeep alias Laddu, and two other people died in a road accident near Benra village on Friday night.

Local municipal councillor (MC) from ward number 18, Rajdeep alias Laddu, and two other people died in a road accident near Benra village on Friday night.
According to Dhuri deputy superintendent of police Krishan Kumar, the incident took place at around 10:30 pm near Benra village, where a new toll plaza is under construction.
Rajdeep, who was driving his Swift car, failed to apply breaks when the truck driver ahead of him suddenly slowed down ramming his car into it.
Two other people, a woman and a man, were travelling with him. All three died on the spot. The driver fled from the spot with his truck. The police have registered a case and are investigating.
