The court also imposed a fine of Rs 20,000 each on the convicts, Mumtaz and Ringa Hasda, who were convicted under Section 376D (gangrape) of the Indian Penal Code.
The duo was also convicted under Section 366A (kidnapping) and awarded three years in jail, besides a fine of Rs 5,000.
Another accused Mohammad Alahuddin alias Mulla Contractor was acquitted due to lack of evidence.
The trio was booked on May 8, 2016, for allegedly kidnapping and gangraping the teenager.
The police had submitted in court that the trio took her to Ludhiana, where they worked for a contractor, and held her captive for three months, during which they repeatedly gangraped her.
The Mohali police arrested them in Ludhiana on August 19, 2016, following a tip off, and recovered the victim from their possession. After a court order, DNA samples were taken from the accused and the victim, that helped nail Mumtaz and Ringa as the rapists.
